Description
Collection Overview
This complete 5-piece vintage working set brings together classic forged carbon steel edge tools and a traditional honing steel designed for butcher shop processing, game dressing, and kitchen prep. Unlike modern stainless steel, high-carbon blades take a razor edge with minimal effort using the included matching period sharpening steel.
