This is an authentic U.S. M6 Bayonet from the Vietnam War era, complete with its original scabbard. This specific model was manufactured by Columbus Milpar and Manufacturing Company (“MIL PAR COL”) in the early 1960s as the official bayonet for the U.S. Military’s M14 rifle.

Unlike the M5A1 for the M1 Garand, the M6 was the only bayonet ever designed for the M14, making it a highly sought-after piece for military collectors. The bayonet features a spear-point blade and a distinctive black checkered plastic handle. The scabbard is the standard issue for this model, and the entire piece shows authentic signs of age and use.
